Cook from frozen
Note: Cooking guidelines serve as a guide only, as appliances may vary. Cook from frozen until desired colour & piping hot in the middle.
OVEN: Pre-heat oven to 220°C. Place frozen Falafels on a tray lined with baking paper. Lightly brush with a little oil. Bake for 6 minutes then turn and bake for a further 5 minutes. (Recommended cooking method)
AIR FRY: Pre-heat the air fryer to 200°C. In a single layer, place small batches of frozen Falafel Patties into basket. Lightly brush with oil. Cook for 10 minutes flipping once halfway.
PAN FRY: Pre-heat pan on a medium setting with a little oil. Then, carefully place frozen Falafel Patties into pan and cook for 6 minutes turning regularly.
DEEP FRY: Pre-heat deep fryer to 180°C. Deep fry frozen Falafels in small batches for 3 minutes.
