Spiced Falafel Wrap
Serve our Spiced Falafels in a simple wrap using seasonal or on-hand fresh veggies you have in your kitchen to create a super quick and easy lunch or dinner.
Serves: 4
Ingredients:
1 x bag of Wild Chef Spiced Falafel
1 x packet of Farrah’s Wholemeal Wraps
Fresh Lettuce
Cucumber
Lime Juice
Tahini
Method:
Pre-Heat your oven to 220°C.
Whilst you are waiting for the oven to pre-heat - prep your veggies for the wrap
Slice the Cucumber & Wash the Lettuce
On a lightly oiled tray - bake the falafels for 10 minutes and then turn for a further 5 minutes
Once your Falafel is cooked you can assemble your wrap with all your ingredients
Lay the wrap flat - place on all of your ingredients - drizzle with tahini & finish with a squeeze of lime juice before wrapping it all up
Serve fresh or pack for a delicious lunch on the go.
