Naked Burgers

Using our Wild Chef Jumbo Hash Browns, create this naked burger that is GF. We’ve used bacon, eggs, mince pattie and cheese as our combo here. Remove the cheese and switch meat for veggies for a DF alternative as our Hash Browns are DF and Vegan-friendly.

Serves: 4

Ingredients:

  • 2 x packets of our Retail Range Jumbo Hash Browns (2 hash browns per person)

  • 4 x bacon Strips

  • 4 x Eggs

  • 4 x Mince Beef Patties

  • 4 Slices of your cheese of choice

  • 2 cups of Spinach

  • 2 x fresh tomato’s

  • Aioli

Method:

  • Pre-heat the oven to 220°C and cook Wild Chef Jumbo Hash Browns as advised on the back of the packaging

  • Meanwhile, slice the tomato and cheese.

  • Wilt some Spinach in a fry pan - once wilted, remove from fry pan and set aside

  • Re-using the fry pan from the spinach, begin to fry your eggs

  • Whilst keeping an eye on your eggs, in a seperate sauce pan heat some olive oil in a large, non-stick frying pan over a medium-low heat and cook patties for about 4 minutes on each side or until browned and cooked through. Sit aside to rest

  • Remove eggs from the fry pan once cooked to desired level

  • In the same sauce pan, cook the bacon strips to a desired level

  • Remove the Jumbo Hash Browns from the Oven and stack your naked burger in your desired order.
