Polenta Fries with grated parmesan and sauces

Here’s a serving suggestion that will be sure to wow your guests. Our Polenta Fries make for the perfect snack to share among friends.

Ingredients:

  • 1 x bag of our Polenta Fries

  • Parmesan Cheese

  • Dipping Sauces of your choice (we used aioli, chipotle and pesto dipping sauce)

Method:

  • Pre-Heat the oven to 220°C.

  • Grate your parmesan cheese and prepare the dipping sauces

  • Bake your Polenta Fries on a lightly oiled tray or piece of baking paper for 10 minutes and then turn for a further 3 minutes

  • Remove from the oven and place into a bowl, sprinkle the Parmesan on top and serve whilst hot

  • Enjoy!
