Potato Cakes

Our wholesome Potato Cakes (also known as Potato Rosti) are quick to cook from frozen, tick all the dietary boxes and are ready in less than 10 minutes for a hassle-free breakfast, lunch or dinner addition.

    Note: Cooking guidelines serve as a guide only, as appliances may vary. Cook from frozen until desired colour & piping hot in the middle.

    OVEN: Pre-heat oven to 220°C. Place frozen Potato Cakes on a tray lined with baking paper. Lightly brush with a little oil. Bake for 10 minutes then turn and bake for a further 5 minutes. (Recommended cooking method)

    PAN FRY: Pre-heat pan on a medium setting with a little oil. Then, carefully place frozen Potato Cakes into pan and shallow fry for 8 minutes, turning regularly.

    AIR FRYER: Pre-heat the air fryer to 200°C. In a single layer, place small batches of frozen Potato Cakes into basket. Lightly brush with oil. Cook for 15 minutes flipping once halfway.

    DEEP FRY: Pre-heat deep fryer to 180°C. Deep fry frozen Potato Cakes in small batches for 5 minutes.
