Fish & Hash Sticks

Create your own at home takeaways with our rustic Hash Sticks, a perfect alternative to regular fries for at home Fish & Chips.

Serves: 4

Ingredients:

  • 2 bags of Wild Chef Hash Sticks

  • 4 fillets of fresh fish (or buy frozen GF crumbed fish)

  • 1-2 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 cup of GF bread crumbs

  • 2 eggs

  • Salt, pepper & curry powder to season (optional)

Method:

  • Pre-heat oven to 220° and prepare our Hash Sticks as outlined on the back of our packaging.

  • While these are cooking, prepare the crumb for the fish. Whisk eggs until combined in one bowl, set aside.

  • In another bowl, mix dry ingredients (GF breadcrumbs, salt, pepper & optional curry powder).

  • First, place your fish fillets into the egg mixture & then roll in the crumb mixture, coat generously.

  • Heat a pan (with a little oil) on medium heat, add the fish fillets and cook through.

  • Once the Hash Sticks are cooked, place on a plate with the fish and you have your own easy at home Fish & Hash Sticks!
