Fish & Hash Sticks
Create your own at home takeaways with our rustic Hash Sticks, a perfect alternative to regular fries for at home Fish & Chips.
Serves: 4
Ingredients:
2 bags of Wild Chef Hash Sticks
4 fillets of fresh fish (or buy frozen GF crumbed fish)
1-2 tbsp olive oil
1 cup of GF bread crumbs
2 eggs
Salt, pepper & curry powder to season (optional)
Method:
Pre-heat oven to 220° and prepare our Hash Sticks as outlined on the back of our packaging.
While these are cooking, prepare the crumb for the fish. Whisk eggs until combined in one bowl, set aside.
In another bowl, mix dry ingredients (GF breadcrumbs, salt, pepper & optional curry powder).
First, place your fish fillets into the egg mixture & then roll in the crumb mixture, coat generously.
Heat a pan (with a little oil) on medium heat, add the fish fillets and cook through.
Once the Hash Sticks are cooked, place on a plate with the fish and you have your own easy at home Fish & Hash Sticks!
