Veggie Pattie Bao Buns

Need a quick and easy dinner idea? Grab our Veggie Pattie and make these Bao Buns, filled with Asian slaw and hot sauce, they require very minimal ingredients and are oh so yum!

Serves: 4

Ingredients:

  • 1 x pack of Wild Chef Veggie Patties

  • Pre-packaged Bao Buns

  • ¼ red cabbage, shredded

  • ¼ white cabbage, shredded

  • 1 carrot, peeled and chopped

  • Handful of chopped coriander

  • 1 spring onion cut thinly

  • Sriracha, to serve (optional)

Method:

  • Pre-heat oven to 220° and prepare our Veggie Patties as outlined on the rear of our packaging

  • Meanwhile, prepare all fillings for the Asian inspired slaw

  • Prepare the bao buns as advised on the packaging

  • Once the Veggie Patties are cooked, place one at the bottom of the steamed bao buns and top with a generous spoonful of the Asian slaw

  • Finish with sriracha (optional) or your favorite mayo
