Hash Stick Breakfast Wrap
Hooray for Hash Sticks! Our Hash Sticks create the perfect breakfast wrap, with mixed beans, tomato and coriander used here in our recipe, you could switch it up and add bacon, egg, hollandaise for a more classic combo.
Serves: 4
Ingredients:
2 tomatoes
1 red capsicum
1 tin black beans, rinsed and drained
4 of your favourite wraps
1 small avocado, diced
Sriracha, to serve (optional)
Method:
Pre-heat oven to 220° and prepare Hash Sticks as advised on the back of our packaging
Add a little oil to a frying pan on medium heat and slightly char peppers
Transfer the capsicum to a bowl and add finely diced tomato and black beans
To each wrap, add ¼ of your Mexican mixture, layered with 3 Hash Sticks and finally top with a dollop of hot sauce and coriander to taste
Roll and enjoy hot!
